Getting Started

Twinlix turns a single AI agent into your booking-first reception desk: it talks to customers across web chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and the phone, books them into your calendar, follows up with reminders, and keeps a CRM record of every interaction.

This section walks you through the first 30 minutes.

Two-minute version

  1. Sign up at https://app.twinlix.com/signup — email + password. The browser's timezone is captured automatically so the calendar renders in your local clock from the very first screen.
  2. Pick a CRM type — Services (default), Restaurant, or Store. This changes which sub-tabs show up in the CRM (Bookings vs Reservations vs Orders).
  3. Add your team + services (Services mode) — names, durations, prices.
  4. Connect a channel — drop a phone number, paste a Facebook page, or embed the web chat widget on your site.
  5. Done. The agent answers questions and creates bookings on your calendar. You log in to approve booking requests, edit appointments, or chat with leads.
